  1. Go to the Windows taskbar and do a search for “hidden files”.
  2. Click the search result that appears: “Show hidden files and folders” control panel.
  3. The files explorer window will then pop up.
  4. Then, select the “View” tag at the top of the window.
  5. Under the Hidden files and folders setting, select “Show hidden files, folders, and drives“.
  6. Finally, click OK to apply the new settings.
