About Page Breaks

In Word Docs, you may need to insert a page break to make it easier to format the sections in your document. Page breaks let you separate sections of your Word doc and they prevent the text from shifting around.

For instance, these breaks are great for separating chapters in a novel and sections of an academic paper. All in all, page breaks make it much easier for you to format the text within your document.

However, sometimes you may need to remove an unwanted page break.

Read the step-by-step guidelines below to understand how to remove it successfully.
